Membership in the Investor Dinner Club is by invitation or nomination only. Receiving an invitation does not guarantee ongoing access; each event is curated independently.
No Obligation
Attending an Investor Dinner Club event carries no financial obligation, commitment to invest, or ongoing membership fees. You are free to attend a single dinner and decide whether to continue participating.
Accredited Investors
Events are designed for accredited investors as defined by SEC Regulation D. By registering interest, you represent that you meet the qualifications of an accredited investor or are attending in an advisory or professional capacity.
Confidentiality
Information shared during Investor Dinner Club events — including company presentations, financial details, and fellow attendee identities — is considered confidential. Attendees agree not to share proprietary details outside the event without explicit permission.
Not Investment Advice
The Investor Dinner Club facilitates introductions between investors and founders. Nothing presented at our events constitutes investment advice, and all investment decisions are made solely between the investor and the presenting company.
